Click here for a quick checklist of habits for a healthy fertile lifestyle that are known to have a positive impact on fertility, and a few things you'll want to avoid.
Women should take 0.4 mg of folic acid daily while trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy. Women with epilepsy or who have had an infant with a neural tube defect should increase this dose to 4 mg daily.

"My husband and I couldn't face our relations and friends, who for four years were always asking us why we didn't have a child. Then we met
Dr. Roth, who advised us on how to overcome irregular periods and unbearable pain to be able to have a baby. We followed his advice.
He worked hard and showed a great deal of patience with our situation.
We are now parents of a beautiful baby girl. We recommend Dr. Roth
to our community without hesitation."
